This past year photographing E. has flown by. It seems we were just shooting her newborn portraits. I know I sound like a sentimental parent, but it really is amazing how fast time goes by and how much growing a baby does in one year. Enjoy!

I’m almost done shooting this little guy for his first your sessions. It’s amazing how much a baby grows in one year. I have ideas for his 1 year portraits that are going to be awesome.

We had a fantastic day to have a portrait shoot. Portraits always come out better when the people you work with are relaxed and don’t try to force things. Our shoot was super relaxed and things turned out fantastic. We started out at one of my new favorite locations. I absolutely love the the look the of the tall field grass. However, I did not love the humongous spider that was crawling into my camera bag when I started to sling the bag over my shoulder. I am not a huge fan of the little eight legged demons. We then moved onto the campus of St. Mary’s and finally stopped at the playground for a few shots. Enjoy!
This weekend I shot Evi’s 9 month portraits. What was supposed to be a dry afternoon in the 80’s tunred into a wet morning and a bit cooler. That threw a bit of a curveball in our plans especially with the wind gusting like crazy. Evi didn’t mind sitting inside since she smiled and giggled throughout the whole shoot. I only have one more shoot with Evi and that will be when she turns one year old. Time flies!
