In the office

Most people I work with know that I am a middle school teacher and coach on top of running my photography business. I do not run a studio as I prefer to do all location work, and I work out of my home office. Beginning this week I will not be in my office on Sunday – Tuesday until the wedding season starts for in late May. Why exactly am I telling you all this? Good question. I will not be holding consultations on these days, answering or returning phone messages, or responding to emails. If you have a shoot or wedding and you need to get in touch with me that week and it happens to be Monday please contact me. I will still take care of the current week’s shoots or wedding.

Evi

Evi was particularly active the morning we took her portraits which makes things a bit more diffictult. It is normally difficult to predict was a newborn is going to do, when they will look the camera’s way, or a number of other things. We were still able to capture some really cute portraits. The last one is my favorite and looked incredible when I saw the enlargement.

Megan and Thomas

We shot an awesome engagement session recently. Both Megan and Thomas were super easy subjects to shoot. Hopefully the photos turn out this great and the shoot goes just as well when I photograph their wedding next summer in Denver, Colorado.

Claire and Jarrett

Claire and Jarrett were both extremely great people to work with. This helped us capture some great photos.

Julia and Houston

Julia and Houston were two of the most laid back, natural people I have had the pleasure of working with. It also was the only reception I have covered in which the flowers caught on fire.
